The water bath along with the high heat radiation gas burners produce a smokeless grilling option which is economical, practical, hygienic, and healthy way of cooking. The flameless burners provide the lowest CO2 emissions and generate the highest heat, resulting in succulent and appetizing grilled food without altering nutritional value and avoiding the production of benzopyrenes. The GHPI 2F/1000 is distinguished by its fixed grid grill with grilling surface of 747mm x 478mm. It comes on a base complete with a auto fill water bath feed.
