This electric ravioli maker produces single-layer extruded ravioli. It comes with moulds of different shapes and sizes. Each component in contact with the pasta can be easily dismantled for efficient and rapid cleaning. It incorporates a practical system for adjusting the amount of filling. Use independently or attach onto the Concerto 5 / Orchestra 10 for a seamless production flow. The variable-speed independent motor ensures it can adapt to any type of machine and flow rate.
